04/09/2016 – mndhamod – Bought a Condo home in 2016 in High Point, Seattle, WA.

Andrew Maglalang was such an amazing agent. He was super responsive and available. He always answered our questions promptly. He was very patient, sent us updates on available properties almost daily, and was always ready to pick us up (we didn’t have a car) and drive us to see the ones we were interested in. He even drove me in the afternoon to see the property, and then my wife later that night because she wasn’t available that afternoon. He gave us very good advice for winning the place we liked, and we did! He was always an email/SMS away. Even after closing, he was very willing to help. I remember a few days after closing, I locked myself out of my garage with my car inside it. I freaked out as I didn’t know the code to the door. I SMSed him and within 15 minutes he managed to contact the previous owner and get it for me. He was a savior!
